Island Peak

Island peak is considered as one of the most popular trek in Nepal as it offers to all trekkers a terrifying climbing experience in Nepal. Imja Tse (Island Peak) is located at the Himalaya of eastern Nepal. It seems as an island in a sea of ice after observed from Dingboche, this peak was named Island Peak by Eric Shipton in 1951. The peak was later renamed to Imja Tse in 1983 but Island Peak leftover the standard choice. Island Peak Trek is envisioned for enthusiastic, energetic and physically fit adventurer and for one who wish for keen trekking experience.

Before climbing the peak, we take you to possibly the most popular trekking destination in the world – Everest Base Camp as well as Kala Patthar for the close views of Mt. Everest and other high mountains. Our journey begins from the Lukla Airport in the Everest Region. This trekking takes you into the core of the Khumbu Valley and Everest Base Camp. It is one of the most fascinating peak climbing in the Everest Region with highly glaciated Himalaya from the Lhotse Glacier. We follow an ancient route that goes through tiny villages across High Mountain and passes through remote valleys. We will visit some Buddhist monasteries and begin to appreciate the exclusive mountain culture found in the Himalayan foothills.  Upon climbing the Island peak we will achieve remarkable memo of heavenly beauty of Himalayas. From the summit of Island Peak we can see stunning views of Lhotse, the 4^th highest mountain and Makalu, 5th highest mountains in the world.
